Direct Debit is the quickest and easiest way to pay your bill.
Save more with Direct Debit
If you decide to pay using alternative methods and not by Direct Debit or Pre-Authorised Credit Card (PACC), such as payments through My Melita, by Internet Banking, via bank transfers, standing orders, by cheque, card or over the counter, a monthly payment charge of €0.50 applies.
Great reasons to pay by Direct Debit
Save €0.50c a month when opting to register for Direct Debit.
Your bills are paid automatically by your bank – you don’t need to do anything – payments can be viewed from your MyMelita portal or on your next bill if you are opted for paper billing.
Simplest way to make sure your bill is paid on time and avoid any late payment or disconnection charges.
- Ability to dispute your invoice
The bank pays us 25 days after your invoice is issued; so you have plenty of time to dispute your invoice in case you do not agree with the amount we have billed you for.
As part of your rights, you are also entitled to a refund from your bank within 8 weeks from the date on which your account was debited
