Resetting the MyMelita password (Forgot Password via Mobile Number)

Step 1

Start by clicking on Trouble logging in?

Step 2

Continue by selecting Forgot Password following by the button Yes.

Step 3

Select the option via Mobile Number and input your Mobile Number as per below.

Step 4

A token number will be sent to your mobile number.

Step 5

This is your token number.

Step 6

Input the token number in the below fields.

Step 7

An Email will be sent to your email address with a reset link.

Step 8

Click on the link provided below in the email.

A new page will open to input a new password, proceed by repeating the password and then click on the LOGIN button.

How do I register on MyMelita?

If you are a new Melita customer, kindly provide your email address when subscribing to our service.

If you are already a Melita subscriber, to log in to MyMelita you can go on my.melita.com.
If you are using your MyMelita from your mobile device, you can download the MyMelita app from Play Store if you are using an Android device and from App Store if you are using an Apple device.

  • Type in your e-mail address.

  • Click on continue.
  • You will be given two options either to register via a mobile number or via bill details.

If you choose the option via mobile number you need to type a mobile number that is on your account in the field provided and press continue (this option gives you access to view all usage found on your account).

A six digit pin is sent to the mobile inputted.

Insert the pin in  Verification pin section and press continue.

If you choose the option via bill details you need to type your last invoice number and that invoice’s total in the corresponding field and press continue (this option does not give you access to view any usage found on your account).

In both cases, if done correctly the below screen will show and an email is sent to the mailbox provided to finish the registration.

Click on the link provided in the email.

Confirm the email is correct and click on proceed.

Insert your password and repeat your password.

Setting up mobile data internet on your phone
You can receive the mobile data internet settings automatically by sending an SMS to 16840. If you receive a message stating that your phone does not support this feature, please follow the below steps to set up your phone using any one of the below links:
