I am getting “The channel you are trying to access is not part of your channel line-up package” error on my screen

If you are getting this error on your Digibox SD, kindly follow the below steps:

1. Confirm that the channel you are trying to access is part of your channel line-up.
2. If it is, kindly power reset the STB.
