How can I setup a sleep timer on the Digibox HD?

1. Go to Menu and select System Setup.
2. Select Time & Timer Setting.
3. Select Sleep Timer.
4. By default it is set as Off (no timer)
5. Use the OK button to select the duration of the sleep timer.
6. Press Menu button to exit.
