In order to reset the MyMelita email;
- Select Trouble Logging In?
- Select Forgot e-mail address?
- Enter the New Email Address and select Continue
- Select via Bill Details
- Enter your Invoice/Statement Number and Invoice Total and select Continue
An Email is sent to the address provided. Follow the instructions written in the Email.
To proceed;
- Select Confirm Changes
- Enter a new password, repeat and select Proceed
- Select a Security Question, enter an answer and select Proceed
- Select Complete and Login to finalize the registration
