It is very easy. Just login to MyMelita and click on Test your Service.
Select the subscription you want to perform the test on.
The test will start and detect any issues or potential issues along with a solution and relevant articles to help you solve the problem.
When the test is completed, a prompt will be displayed with the detected problem. You will be given a solution to your problem along with:
- Call Back – If pressed a request will be made so that one of our agents can call you back regarding this issue.
- Read More – This will give you more information regarding the problem you are experiencing.
- Make a complaint – This will allow customer to file an official complaint which will then be handled by a specialized customer care agent.
- Dismiss – This will remove all the information gathered during the diagnostic test.
