In order to suspend your account from MyMelita you need to:
- Go to Terminate/Suspend your account from the main menu
- Click on Temporary Suspension
- Click on Yes. €5 per month will be charged upon temporary suspension
- Select the Termination Date, Resume Date and click on Continue
- You will be informed of any charges in the next step. Click Yes to continue
- Once you proceed, a ticket will be created. A Melita representative will contact you
